Our providers are in network with most major insurance companies including Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and most Cigna plans.
Neuropsychological and psychological evaluations happen in two steps. The first step is an interview with Dr. Roth where he will gather historical information, current symptoms, and concerns. This appointment is usually scheduled for months after the referral is received. The second step is to schedule testing. This will be scheduled around 4 weeks after the initial appointment.
Presurgical evaluations and medical evaluations are scheduled within 6 weeks. These evaluations usually are completed with just one appointment.
Testing consists of answering questions and completing tasks. In some of the assessments we administer, you will read and answer questions. And in some assessments, we will ask you questions. If you use glasses to help with reading or use a hearing aid, be sure to bring them on the day of your testing.
We do not have a psychiatrist in our office and do not have the ability to prescribe medication.
At this time, we are not conducting pediatric evaluations. Patients must be at least 18 years old.
While we might arrive at a mental health diagnosis through our evaluation process, we do not evaluate for these disorders. Our evaluations focus on cognitive issues.
